Injection MoldedLensThe plastic lenses are manufactured by electric injection moulding machine with in-process quality control and complete any necessary post-processing in a 3500 square ft 100K clean-room. It is capable of producing 500K pieces of lens monthly.
Optical System & Lens Design with Interlocking Mechanism
Plastic injection moulds, with appropriate liquid-cooling channels are designed by in-house seasoned engineers. These tools are fabricated by Associated Tool Maker with ultra precision capability.
