Injection Molding of

Plastic lenses of extreme profiles are molded in a 100K clean-room environment using in-house designed liquid-cooled molds, fabricated by associated partner, specifically:

Thin-wall complex Fresnel lens arrays of different focal length,
Thick-wall lens of complex optical profiles,
Thick-wall lens of bi-convex freeform optical profile,
Palm-size band-pass filter/cover lens,
Free-form Prism,
Bonded concave and convex Micro Lens Arrays with a semi-reflective interface

Lens

The plastic lenses are manufactured by electric injection moulding machine with in-process quality control and complete any necessary post-processing in a 3500 square ft 100K clean-room. It is capable of producing 500K pieces of lens monthly.

Optical System & Lens Design with Interlocking Mechanism

Plastic injection moulds, with appropriate liquid-cooling channels are designed by in-house seasoned engineers. These tools are fabricated by Associated Tool Maker with ultra precision capability.

Design of Optical Engine consists of 5 pieces of lenses with interlocking features for imaging application

Mold Design & Fabrication

We take pride in design and fabricate effective and efficient mold tools for the needs of producing lenses for our customers. The molds with appropriate cooling mechanisms with appropriate features to suit the shapes and sizes of the product.

All parts of the mood tool are made precisely with top notches machine tools.
